Your challenge
As part of the on-going development strategy to manage the fast-paced world of Marketing and Sales, we are seeking a new member to join the team. You will be working with students of all ages, but primarily between 17 and 22, with various international and cultural backgrounds and experiences.

The ideal candidate is someone who has practical expertise in digital marketing, but also in-depth knowledge of offline marketing and sales in international settings. You should possess research skills and are able to supervise theses. The Marketing and Sales department promote the use of online teaching methods and encourage lecturers to develop new, fun, and engaging ways of delivering contents. You are able to create a safe learning environment and you are a compassionate listener with the ability to articulate feedback (positive and constructive) in a clear way. Good communication skills are a must for subjects in Marketing and Sales, and it is important that you can encourage and inspire students. 

About you
We are looking for a lecturer with a minimum of a master’s degree in the relevant field. Excellent speaking, writing, and listening English skills are a must. Proven research track record will be advantageous. Knowledge of procedures and standards within the Dutch higher education system and AMSIB is preferred.

What you can expect from us

  • Your activities will be part of the organisational function of Teacher/researcher 2 and is remunerated at salary scale 11 (Collective Labour Agreement for Universities of Professional Education)
  • The maximum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5.062,85 on a full-time appointment.
  • Your salary will depend on your level of education and experience
  • A temporary appointment for one year. Pending upon satisfactory performance, an extension is possible by mutual agreement. This may eventually lead to a permanent contract
