Rabobank is looking to appoint an APM Support Engineer who can help to increase our service capacity and help our services capability to grow from strength to strength. You and your colleagues work lies in the field of Application Performance Management (APM).
We deliver a service to monitor and diagnose the application performance and provide consultancy and training to our colleagues.
Your responsibility is to take ownership of the support, delivery and maintenance of our tooling in addition to troubleshooting incidents and managing changes. Together with the other team members, you are the point of contact for our colleagues.

With you
Customer focus, motivation and embracing change are clearly essential for this role. In addition, it is important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:

·        A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

·        Thorough knowledge of CI/CD principles

·        Strong hands-on experience in coding & scripting languages such as Java, Perl, Python, Ansible.

·        Linux administration (ideally RHEL/CentOS)

·        Experience with working in a Scrum/Agile environment.

·        Speak and write in English and Dutch on a professional level.

·        Proficient with operating system utilities as well as server monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify and fix server software and network issues.

·        Solid root cause analyses capabilities.

In addition, experience in any of the following would be great:

·        Experience with Dynatrace Managed or AppMon.

·        Experience with Azure Cloud/ AWS

·        Thorough knowledge of CI/CD principles

·        You have the ability to measure processes and performance through the customer's eyes.

·        You can solve complex Integration challenges and debug complex configuration issues.
